Refund Policy

PromptWorks is sold with a 30-day “Actually Works” guarantee on every tier. If it doesn't work, keep the files and get your money back.

30-Day Guarantee

"Actually Works" or your money back.

If these prompts don't reduce your documentation time by at least 50% on your first project, email us a screenshot of your original docs and the output you generated. Evidence of attempted use is required. We'll refund in full within 1-2 business days.

Eligibility

The 30-day refund window starts from the date of purchase. All tiers are eligible. Enterprise bundle qualifies for full refund even after seat licenses have been generated.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order confirmation (Gumroad receipt)
  • Screenshots showing the prompt output alongside your original docs
  • If you used multiple chains, mention which ones and what went wrong

We process refunds within 1-2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method via Gumroad.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or reselling. We do not refund for:

  • Change of mind after 30 days
  • Refusal to follow the included usage guide
  • External AI model failures (Claude/GPT/Llama outages or API errors not under our control)

Partial Refunds

Not offered. We only do full refunds within the window. If you accidentally purchased the wrong tier, contact us and we'll help you upgrade/downgrade and refund the difference.

Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If local consumer law in your country provides stronger protections, those protections apply.
